McDSP plug-ins can be automatically demoed on nearly any DAW on both Mac OS and Windows. Supported plug-in formats include AAX Native, AAX DSP, AU, and VST3. Demo authorizations require an iLok2 or iLok3 USB Smart Key, machine based, or an iLok License Manager account and an iLok Cloud session for authorization.

To start a demo of any McDSP plug-in, simply proceed to McDSP's downloads page to download and install the desired plug-in(s). Upon launching your DAW, you can start a demo by clicking the "Try" button for any McDSP plug-in. You will be asked to log into your iLok account, and the demo authorization period will begin. McDSP plug-ins may be demoed for up to 14 days from first use.
